Eligibility and acceptance

By purchasing or using a programme, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must communicate with and enrol on your behalf.

Scope of services

Healthy Or Myth provides nutrition education, meal-planning guidance, habit coaching and lifestyle support. The content and level of personalisation, monitoring and communication depend on the programme purchased.

Your responsibilities

You agree to disclose relevant allergies, diagnoses, pregnancy, medications, symptoms and treating-doctor instructions; follow food-safety practices; use your own judgement; attend agreed check-ins; and promptly report significant health changes. Do not stop or alter medication because of programme content.

Payments and start of service

Fees shown are for the stated programme duration unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enrolment is confirmed after payment and completion of requested onboarding. Programme timeframes begin from the agreed start date.

Results

Health, weight, measurements and laboratory results vary between individuals. No particular outcome, cure, amount of weight loss or timeline is promised. Results depend on health status, medical care, adherence, lifestyle and factors outside our control.

Communication and conduct

Support is provided within the scope of the selected plan and through agreed channels. Respectful communication is required. Abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct may result in suspension or termination of support without refund for services already performed.

Intellectual property

Plans, guides, recipes, worksheets, branding and website content are for the enrolled client’s personal use. They may not be sold, copied, published or distributed without written permission.

Changes and availability

We may make reasonable changes to schedules, coaches, programme methods or website content while preserving the core service purchased. If Healthy Or Myth cannot deliver a material part of a paid service, an appropriate remedy will be considered.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Healthy Or Myth is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or withheld information, failure to seek medical care, misuse of guidance or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
